Here we create a smaller version of restaurant Kasai but with the same standard and just as high quality. Our guests should recognize themselves in the atmosphere and feel that all focus is on the Japanese spirit, the presentation of the dishes and the carefully selected ingredients.

We draw our inspiration from Tokyo’s back streets and alleys, mixed with the Scandinavian to create our own interpretation of a Swedish izakaya.
Our menu is divided into 3 parts: the raw, the cooked and the grilled.
All dishes in the menu should be as easy to take away as to enjoy on the spot.
