{"id":1023,"date":"2023-12-15T16:42:28","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T15:42:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/s2restauranghall.se\/terms-conditions\/"},"modified":"2024-08-04T08:30:29","modified_gmt":"2024-08-04T06:30:29","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/s2restauranghall.se\/en\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &amp; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Age rules and Alcohol policy for S2 Karaoke<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>ID check:<\/strong> All guests may be required to show a valid ID upon arrival to verify age.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>prohibition of alcohol for minors:<\/strong> guests under 18 years of age are not allowed on the premises (S2 Karaoke) when alcohol is served, even if they do not consume alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Booking and staff capacity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>pre-booking check:<\/strong> when booking, please indicate the exact number of people so that we can allocate a suitable room.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>surcharge:<\/strong> For each person exceeding the number booked, there is an additional charge according to our hourly rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payment rules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>Payment coordination: <\/strong>One person must be responsible for the entire payment; we cannot split the payment between guests.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>prepayment:<\/strong> payment must be made in advance before access to the room is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>3. the booking request is not considered binding until we have confirmed the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Late Arrival<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>late arrival policy:<\/strong> please inform us if you expect to be late. Otherwise, your room may be given to other guests after a 15-minute delay.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>Late arrival charge:<\/strong> You will be charged from the original booked time even if you arrive later.<\/li>\n<li>3. <strong>No Show:<\/strong> If you do not show up for your booked time, there will be a 100% charge on the pre-registered card at the time of booking. Also for pre-ordered food &amp; drinks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Food and drink<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>prohibition of external consumption:<\/strong> it is not allowed to bring your own food, snacks or drinks into the rooms.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>Consequences for offenses:<\/strong> Violation of this rule may result in immediate suspension from the premises and a charge for the entire booked time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Damages and Liability<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>liability for damages:<\/strong> the person who booked the room is responsible for all damages caused by their party.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>compensation claims:<\/strong> if a specific guest cannot be identified as responsible for the damage, the booking manager will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Personal data management<\/h3>\n<p>  1.  <strong>GDPR request:<\/strong> For details on how we handle your personal data under the GDPR, please contact us by email.  <\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1. <strong>Cancel free of charge:<\/strong> You can cancel or change your room reservation and pre-ordered food and beverages free of charge up to 72 hours before your booked time.<\/li>\n<li>2. <strong>Changes to Food &amp; Beverage:<\/strong> Adjustments to food and beverage are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. After that, the room is canceled at 60% of the cost.<\/li>\n<li>3. <strong>Late Cancellation:<\/strong> Less than 24 hours before, there will be a full charge for the entire booking.<\/li>\n<li>4. <strong>Add More:<\/strong> You can always increase the number of guests according to the maximum size of the room and add food or drinks.<\/li>\n<li>5. <strong>to change or cancel:<\/strong> email us at karaoke@s2restauranghall.se.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Remember, the sooner you let us know, the better we can adapt to your wishes!  <\/p>\n<h3>Other<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Safety instructions:<\/strong> Safety procedures that are in place in written form or given verbally must be followed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Age rules and Alcohol policy for S2 Karaoke 1.
