Smashed artisan burgers
We create artisanal burgers with high-quality beef and smash the burgers using our own smash technique. This way you get a lovely crust on the meat, while it is very juicy together with our soft fluffy brioche bread. This is a perfect symbiosis!

Our menu is small and simple, but with some thoughtful burger varieties, sides and sauces. Our signature burger is the “Stekaren”, as it is simple and consists only of our steak sauce, red onion and cheese – this way you really feel the taste of the meat and bread. We simply take pride in the quality of our product and don’t want to hide it behind sauces and condiments. All our sauces are made on site, the meat is carefully selected from Swedish farmers and the bread comes fresh daily from a local bakery. Our motto is “from pasture to belly”
