We use fresh noodles made from our own recipe, high quality natural ingredients and our 18 hour broths to create really good ramen.
Raamen is run by Adam Dahlberg & Albin Wessman who, among other things, took Silver in Bocuse d’Or 2012 (Adam) and Bronze in Chef of the Year 2013 (Albin) and most recently (2022) was awarded a star in Guide Michelin for their restaurant Adam / Albin on Rådmansgatan in Stockholm.
