Terms & Conditions

1. ID check: All guests may be required to show a valid ID upon arrival to verify age.
2. prohibition of alcohol for minors: guests under 18 years of age are not allowed on the premises (S2 Karaoke) when alcohol is served, even if they do not consume alcohol.

1. pre-booking check: when booking, please indicate the exact number of people so that we can allocate a suitable room.
2. surcharge: For each person exceeding the number booked, there is an additional charge according to our hourly rate.

1. Payment coordination: One person must be responsible for the entire payment; we cannot split the payment between guests.
2. prepayment: payment must be made in advance before access to the room is allowed.
3. the booking request is not considered binding until we have confirmed the booking.

1. late arrival policy: please inform us if you expect to be late. Otherwise, your room may be given to other guests after a 15-minute delay.
2. Late arrival charge: You will be charged from the original booked time even if you arrive later.
3. No Show: If you do not show up for your booked time, there will be a 100% charge on the pre-registered card at the time of booking. Also for pre-ordered food & drinks.

1. prohibition of external consumption: it is not allowed to bring your own food, snacks or drinks into the rooms.
2. Consequences for offenses: Violation of this rule may result in immediate suspension from the premises and a charge for the entire booked time.

1. liability for damages: the person who booked the room is responsible for all damages caused by their party.
2. compensation claims: if a specific guest cannot be identified as responsible for the damage, the booking manager will be charged.

1. GDPR request: For details on how we handle your personal data under the GDPR, please contact us by email.

1. Cancel free of charge: You can cancel or change your room reservation and pre-ordered food and beverages free of charge up to 72 hours before your booked time.
2. Changes to Food & Beverage: Adjustments to food and beverage are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. After that, the room is canceled at 60% of the cost.
3. Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours before, there will be a full charge for the entire booking.
4. Add More: You can always increase the number of guests according to the maximum size of the room and add food or drinks.
