Pricing: We have a dynamic pricing system. The cost ranges from 100 SEK per person for a 1-hour session during low occupancy times to 295 SEK per person for a 1 hour and 45 minutes session during high occupancy times. Room capacity: Each room has a minimum number of people requirement based on the size of the room. Please refer to the respective room description on the website for the recommended number.
Reservations: We strongly recommend that you book in advance to guarantee availability. Especially during weekends when there is a higher occupancy and bookings are made with longer notice. Drop-in is welcome subject to availability.
Payment: Payment for the room is made on arrival before entering the room. We cannot split the bill. The person who made the reservation is responsible for the full payment Pre-ordered food and drinks are paid for separately at the restaurant in question at the time of service.
Changes and Cancellations: You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After that, a fee of 60% of the booking price will be charged. You can still adjust your food and drink orders for free up to 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours remain, a fee of 100% of the booking value applies. Adjustments: You can always increase the number of visitors according to the maximum size of the room and pre-ordered food/drinks. To adjust or cancel: Please email karaoke@dev.s2restauranghall.se.
Own Food/Drink: No, you are not allowed to bring your own food and drink.
Late Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes before your booked time for registration, payment and a short introduction. Your room will be held for you up to 15 minutes after your start time. After that we release the room for new bookings. There is no guarantee that the end time can be extended in case of late arrival. No show: If you do not show up for your booked time, there will be a 100% charge on the pre-registered card at the time of booking. Also for pre-ordered food & drinks.
Session Length: A standard booking is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Extended Sessions: Yes, you can book several consecutive blocks of time or possibly book shorter sessions during lunchtime and as drop-in. Extension of your session is on request and subject to availability after your booked time for an additional fee. Ask the staff on site.
Non-singers: Absolutely, you can enjoy your time in the S2 Restaurant Hall with a wide range of food and drinks. To be in the karaoke rooms, everyone must be a paying guest.
Illegal Substances Policy: We have a strict zero tolerance policy on drugs. Detection or reasonable suspicion of substance use will result in immediate termination of your visit without refund.
Right to Refuse: In accordance with Swedish alcohol legislation, over-intoxicated guests are not allowed on our premises and staff therefore have the right to refuse service. When serving alcohol in the karaoke rooms, all visitors must be at least 18 years old. Exceptions can be made when accompanied by a guardian.
